The 10 km three-dimensional sculpture trail will show the true scale of the planets in our solar system in relation to each other which has been designed by artist and children’s author Oliver Jeffers. The walking trail starts in Midsummer Common in the heart of Cambridge, along the river and ends at Cow Hollow Wood in Waterbeach. So, as you stroll along the riverside, you can meet Mars, nod to Neptune and say hi to Saturn with your feet, wheels, skates… firmly on the ground! Download The Our Place in Space app, which is available on Apple and Android devices, and take a walk through our solar system, experiencing the planets in augmented reality. It is free for everyone to enjoy! For more information, please visit here.
