Cycle to Work Day 2023 marks the eleventh year that Cyclescheme is running the event!

There are many benefits to cycling to work, including:

  • Riding a bike for 30 minutes a day helps build muscle strength and flexibility
  • Cycling enhances balance, posture and coordination
  • Cycling also decreases stress levels and strengthens emotional wellness

Cycle to work day is for everyone, whether you are an avid cyclist, or a complete novice you can still get involved and give it a go!
